Abstrak

Hepatitis B merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan di dunia. Tenaga kesehatan berisiko tinggi terinfeksi hepatits B, termasuk perawat dan mahasiswa keperawatan. Salah satu upaya pencegahannya adalah melakukan vaksinasi. Namun, di Indonesia belum ada kebijakan yang mewajibkan tenaga kesehatan untuk vaksinasi hepatitis B, termasuk mahasiswa keperawatan. Terlaksananya vaksinasi mandiri mahasiswa keperawatan sangat ditentukan oleh perilaku mahasiswa tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan pengetahuan, sikap dan tindakan mahasiswa Prodi Profesi Ners terhadap vaksinasi hepatitis B. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik dengan desain cross sectional. Responden penelitian berasal dari mahasiswa Profesi di salah satu universitas di Pekanbaru, Riau. Sebanyak 83 responden dipilih secara acak dengan teknik simple random sampling. Setiap responden diminta untuk mengisi kuesioner terkait pengetahuan, sikap dan tindakan mereka terhadap vaksinasi hepatitis B. Data dianalisis secara statistik dengan menggunakan uji Kolmogorov-Smirnov dengan derajat kepercayaan 95%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebanyak 53% responden berpengetahuan baik, 63,9% memiliki sikap positif terhadap vaksinasi hepatitis B dan 51,8% responden sudah memperoleh vaksinasi hepatitis B. Hasil analisis secara statistik menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan bermakna antara pengetahun dan sikap (p=1,000) dan pengetahuan dengan tindakan (p=1,000) terhadap vaksinasi hepatitis B. Berdasarkan data di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa lebih dari sebagaian mahasiswa Prodi Profesi Ners memiliki pengetahuan yang baik, sikap yang positif terhadap vaksinasi hepatitis B serta sudah pernah mendapatkan vaksinasi hepatitis B, namun tidak ada hubungan yang bermakna antara pengetahuan dengan sikap serta pengetahuan dengan tindakan mahasiswa tersebut terhadap vaksinasi hepatitis B
