HUBUNGAN PERSEPSI MAHASISWA TENTANG SISTEM PEMBELAJARAN HYBRID LEARNING DENGAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR

The Covid-19 pandemic has an impact on student learning activities, resulting in a shift in the learning system to limited face-to-face interactions in the education sector. These modifications may have a negative impact on students' perceptions of hybrid learning and reduce learning motivation. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between students' perceptions of the hybrid learning system and the learning motivation at Faculty of Health Sciences of Universitas 'Aisyiyah Bandung. The descriptive quantitative correlation research method was used in conjunction with a cross sctional design approach. Purposive sampling was used, with a total sample of 222 students (n = 222). The results revealed that student perception was negative (56.3%) and learning motivation was moderate (64%). Meanwhile, the spearman rho correlation test showed a significant p-value of 0,001<0,05 and a correlation value of r 0.221. It can be concluded that based on the results of this study, Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected indicating that there was a significant relationship between students' perceptions of the hybrid learning system and learning motivation at Faculty of Health Sciences.Faculty of Health Sciences of Universitas Aisyiyah Bandung.
