PERAWATAN PALIATIF PADA PASIEN COVID-19 : SCOPING REVIEW

Pandemic covid-19 menyebabkan banyak kasus kematian pada pasien lansia dengan penyakit komorbid sehingga perawatan paliatif sangat dibutuhkan. Pasien covid-19 umumnya mengalami masalah fisik, psikososial, spiritual, dan emosional sehingga membutuhkan perawatan paliatif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi serta strategi penerapan perawatan paliatif pada pasien covid-19. Pencarian literatur yang relevan menggunakan database Science Direct dan Scopus dengan menggunakan kata kunci (Covid-19) OR (Sars-Cov-2) AND (Palliative Care) OR (Palliative Treatment) AND (Implementation health plan). Hasil pencarian terdapat tujuh artikel yang menjelaskan tentang implementasi perawatan paliatif pasien covid-19 dan strategi perawatan paliatif pasien covid-19. Kesimpulan dari ketujuh arikel tersebut menjelaskan perawatan paliatif pada pasien covid-19 dilakukan dengan memenuhi kebutuhan psikologis, kebutuhan spiritual, mengontrol gejala untuk meningkatkan kenyamanan pasien, serta komunikasi dengan pasien dan keluarga dalam pengambilan keputusan. Strategi yang digunakan berupa penggunaan telemedicine atau telehealth system dan teknologi virtual. Saran peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan bisa menambah jumlah database yang digunakan untuk pencarian jurnal.
